Position Summary

Kiewit is looking for Journeyman Welders for the Cheekeye Debris Flow Barrier project in Squamish, BC.

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyperson (JM) Welder ticket.
  • Experience fitting Structural Steel.
  • Minimum 2+ years in Industrial or Heavy Civil construction.
  • Valid Driver’s License and recent Driver’s Abstract required.
  • CSTS‑2020 and WHMIS certifications required.

Shift Information

  • The current schedule is 14/7 rotation.
  • 10-hour days.

Additional Information

  • Wage: $44.95 /hr.
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test.
  • Due to the volume of applicants, only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
  • Camp available.
