Position Summary

Continental Fire Sprinkler Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation is a turnkey fire protection contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. With talented people and extended resources, Continental Fire Sprinkler company has completed a wide range of projects with different states throughout the nation since 1971.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize and maintain inventory of tools, equipment and job materials. 
• Load and unload trucks with materials using hand truck or forklift. 
• Use computer to prepare materials for shipping and receiving
• Perform basic repair of tools and equipment and fabrication of pipe and hangers
• Deliver materials and equipment to jobsites in local area, need a driver's license and good driving record. 

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required
• Current Driver's License and clean driving history 
• Punctuality and the ability to work overtime if needed
• Effective verbal communication
• Fundamental math & computer skills with Microsoft office 
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more repeatedly through the day
• OSHA 10 & forklift certification preferred
• Experience in the sprinkler industry preferred
• DOT qualified preferred 

Requirements

• Able to meet all physical requirements. 
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required.
