Position Summary

Kiewit is hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for the Woodfibre Project in Squamish, BC. 

Requirements

  • Journeyman Red Seal Millwright Certification 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience 
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting and repair
  • Experience with precision alignment tools (Rotalign, Optalign, Dial Indicators)
  • Familiarity with compressors, pumps, and rotating equipment
  • Experience with API 686 or API 650 standards
  • Proven ability to perform Care and Preservation tasks for equipment during storage or downtime
  • Commitment to safety and proper lockout/tagout procedures

Shift Information

  • 14/7 rotation
  • Must be available to work days or nights
  • Camp job

Additional Information

  • Will be starting in January 2026
  • Wage: $48.00/hour
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test
