Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Position Summary

Kiewit is hiring experienced Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanics for the Mayo Project in Yukon.

Requirements

  • Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Red Seal ticket
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • CSTS‑2020 and WHMIS required

Shift Information

  • 20/10 rotation
  • Minimum 10-hour workdays (7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
  • Flights and camp accommodations provided

Additional Information

  • Wage: $44.40 - 46.40/hr
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test
