Position Summary
Kiewit is currently seeking Material Technicians for our Warehouse, located in Edmonton, Alberta.
Position Requirements
- Valid Telehandler ticket
- Valid Forklift ticket (Straight mast)
- Experience operating a Telehandler and Forklift in a Warehouse
- Experience as a Warehouse person in industrial construction
- Experience receiving materials and matching the contents with the packing slips
Compensation and Shift Details
- Base wage: $34.57 - $49.39 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement (Rate dependent on experience)
- ITC Premium: Rate dependent on experience and paid per hour on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
- Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
Additional Information
- The Warehouse will be accepting and distributing materials to the Path2Zero project in Fort Saskatchewan, AB
- Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
- No travel and living-out expenses provided

The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally.
