Position Summary

Kiewit is hiring a Skilled Surveyor for the Zanardi Bridge Project in Prince Rupert, BC.

Requirements

Intermediate

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Setup and operate GPS and total station.

  • Perform high-accuracy layout, monitoring, and as-built surveys.

  • Interpret civil, concrete, and structural design plans.

  • Conduct survey tasks: grade staking, piling layout, trestle & abutment construction, rail track monitoring.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles.

  • Driver's license, Driver's Abstract and CSTS-2020/WHIMIS required

  • Experience with Trimble equipment is an asset.

  • Geomatics diploma is an asset.

  • Drone license is an asset but not required.

Shift Information

  • 14/7 rotation in Prince Rupert, BC

  • 10 hour days

Additional Information

  • Wage: $43.99/hr
  • Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test
