Position Summary

Kiewit is looking for a Carpenter Journeyperson for the Dewdney Bridge Repair Project located in Mission, B.C.

Requirements

Must be a Journeyperson or can supply Carpenter Hours.
Experience in bridges, overpasses, falsework, and applications of concrete formwork, and framing are preferred.
Minimum 5 years Industrial experience (preferred).

Shift Information

Monday to Friday, 10 hour shifts.
Additional overtime and weekends may be required.

Additional Information

Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug and Alcohol test, a 50lb Fitness to Work test.

Project Information

The new bridge will include a three-metre-wide multi-use active transportation pathway for pedestrians and cyclists and the new structure will provide higher clearance for river navigation and will be less susceptible to flooding,
