Position Summary
Kiewit is seeking experienced Pipefitter Journeypersons to join our Mod Yard team in Edmonton, Alberta.
Position Requirements
- Valid Journeyperson (JM) Pipefitter certification
- Valid safety tickets:
- Fall Protection
- Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
- Experience working with carbon and stainless-steel pipe
- Experience building modular packages is considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience
Compensation and Shift Details
- Base wage: $50.00/hour (as per the CLAC Collective Agreement)
- Vacation and statutory holiday pay: 10%
- Shift schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts
- Friday: 8-hour shift
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
Additional Information
- Successful candidates must complete the following:
- SureHire Drug & Alcohol test
- An Audiometric test
- 50 lb Fitness-to-Work assessment
- Half-mask fit test
- Travel and living-out expenses are not provided
