Position Summary

Kiewit is seeking experienced Pipefitter Journeypersons to join our Mod Yard team in Edmonton, Alberta.

Position Requirements

  • Valid Journeyperson (JM) Pipefitter certification
  • Valid safety tickets:
    • Fall Protection
    • Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
  • Experience working with carbon and stainless-steel pipe
  • Experience building modular packages is considered an asset
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience

Compensation and Shift Details

  • Base wage: $50.00/hour (as per the CLAC Collective Agreement)
  • Vacation and statutory holiday pay: 10%
  • Shift schedule:
    • Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts
    • Friday: 8-hour shift
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required

Additional Information

  • Successful candidates must complete the following:
    • SureHire Drug & Alcohol test
    • An Audiometric test
    • 50 lb Fitness-to-Work assessment
    • Half-mask fit test
  • Travel and living-out expenses are not provided
