Position Summary
Kiewit is hiring Journeyperson Ironworkers for the Kiewit SHRED project at both the Strathcona Refinery & Mod Yard, located in Edmonton, AB.
Requirements
- Valid Red Seal or Alberta Ironworker Structural Journeyperson Ticket
- Experience working in a Mod Yard or Refinery
- Experience rigging and crane signaling required
- Experience with connecting structural steel and bolt tensioning
Shift Information
- 4/10 & 1/8 Schedule
- 10 hour days / 8 hours on Fridays
- Nightshift
- Dayshift
- Overtime on Friday (full day)
Additional
- H2S (Aware or Alive), Fall Protection & MEWP tickets are required
- Currently, all travel and living expenses for non-local candidates are at the employee’s expense
- Ironworking connecting belts and tools are self-supply
- Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass: SureHire Drug, Alcohol, & 50lb Fitness to work test
- Mask-Fit required - clean shave policy
